Hands down the best tire shop in all of charlotte. They didn’t have me sitting there for 2 hours just for 1 tire. Got me done in 20 minutes for all 4 tires. They got good quality tires for a really good price. Super respectful employees. Definitely coming here again

Possibly the most dishonest people I've ever dealt with. They Charged over $170 to mount and balance 4 tires. Steering wheel started waggling left and right like crazy when I hit over 55 mph. Definitely balancing issue. Went back for them to have a look at it, they denied to fix it and blamed on the wheel. I took it to My Honest Mechanic in Concord. They said all 4 tires were not balanced. They balanced the tires and saved the day. These guys at University City Tires are the most unprofessional and unethical car mechanics I've ever met. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The guys at University City Tires are the best! I’ve been going here for 4 years and their service has always been top notch. They recently opened their alignment booth behind their original building and I have had great success with two different cars with them. Best mechanics in the area by far, both in price and service.

Absolutely great service! Got two tires put on and my others rotated. In and out in less than an hour. Very polite and very professional. I recommend them for servicing your vehicle
